摘 要: 介绍了涂层系统(金属陶瓷涂层和改善表面粗糙度、增强防腐蚀能力的面层)的性能试验及工艺试验情况。通过一系列试验了解了该涂层系统的性能,掌握了喷涂工艺,并分析了影响涂层质量的因素以及常见的缺陷。研究成果可为压气机叶片涂层的分析研究提供参考。 The tests of performance and processing for coating system, which is related with the cermet coating and the surface coating employed to reduce the surface roughness and improve the anti-corrosion ability, were presented. The performance of this coating system was obtained through a series of tests and the coating process was thoroughly understood. Meanwhile, the factors of coating quality and common flaws were analyzed. The research result can provide reference for analysis and research on the coating of compressor blades.
