摘 要: 文章论述了一种轻轨车辆转向架用中央悬挂装置的设计。根据轻轨车辆的运行特点,介绍了中央悬挂装置的整体结构和工作原理,摇枕的结构设计、静强度与疲劳强度计算,两环回转支承的选型及应用,以及车体安装座、二系悬挂系统、牵引杆组件等子部件的结构和功能。 This paper presents a central suspension design for light rail vehicle bogie. According to the operation characteristics of light rail vehicle, overall structure and operating principle of central suspension, design and strength calculation of bolster, selection and application of slewing bearing, and other components such as mounting base, secondary suspension system and draw bar are expounded.
