摘 要: 采用新型助剂对棉机织物进行一浴前处理,研究了温度、碱用量、过氧化氢漂白活化剂4-(2-癸酰基氧乙氧基羰基氧)苯磺酸钠(DECOBS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、植酸钠及处理时间对棉机织物前处理效果的影响。测试了处理后织物的白度、毛效、强力以及失重率。实验得出最佳工艺为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g/L,氢氧化钠10g/L,DECOBS 1g/L,过氧化氢(30%)15g/L,植酸钠2g/L,温度90℃,保温60min。最佳工艺处理后的织物性能:白度89.4,毛效12.7(cm/30min),失重率13.0%。 New auxiliaries were used for one-bath pretreatment of cotton woven fabrics.The influence of temperature,amount of alkaline,hydrogen peroxide,bleaching activator 4-(2-capryl oxygen oxethyl ketonic oxygen)(DECOBS),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),sodium phytate and treatment duration on pretreatment effect on cotton woven fabrics was studied.The whiteness,capillary effect,strength,and weight loss ratio of 5g/L treated fabrics were tested.The optimum process conditions obtained via experiment were:sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,10g/L sodium hydroxide,1g/L DECOBS,15g/L hydrogen peroxide(30%),2g/L sodium phytate,temperature of 90℃,and heat preservation duration of 60 min.The properties of fabrics treated under the optimum process conditions are:whiteness of 89.4,capillary effect of12.7(cm/30min),and weight loss rate of 13.0%.
