摘　　要： 跨境电子商务产业蓬勃发展,合格产业人才缺口巨大的背景下,地方应用型本科面临如何为产业输送优秀跨境复合型创新人才的考验。"五位一体"(产业引擎、专业协同、校企合作、课赛融通、众创空间)的跨境电商人才培养创新模式的构建与实施,开创了地方应用型本科院校跨境复合型商务英语人才培养的新路径。 Cross-border E-commerce industry is flourishing nowadays. Hence,qualified cross-border E-commerce business English talents arein a great shortage in the society. The problem of fostering and providingqualified cross-border innovative talents for the industryis becoming a new and big challenge for the applied undergraduate colleges and universities. In view of the current situation of the development of the talents,this paper puts forward and explores the innovativeteaching and learningmode-＂Five-in-One Strategy＂（ industryoriented,profession cooperation oriented,school-enterprise cooperation,competition and teachingintertwined,public creative space shared）,to cultivate compound cross-border E-commerce business English talents,which providea new path and a clue on the cultivation ofcross-border compound talents,especially for the applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
