摘　　要： 法官历来是被赋予公平正义的象征,在刑事司法审判中有着刚正无私的形象,更是法律的适用者,其所肩负的责任不可谓不大。但是在我国司法实务中有着诸多因素影响着刑事诉讼中法官职权的行使,也致使法官职权在行使过程中产生了异化。而这种异化若不加以控制,对司法体制将会造成难以评估的损害。为了保证法官在判案时秉持公正的中立之心,实现案件的公平正义,有必要对法官司法审判中行使职权异化的原因进行分析并提出完善建议,维护司法权威。 The judge is always given justice symbol,with upright selfless image in criminal justice,it is applicable law,Its responsibilities are important. However,in our judicial practice,there are many factors affecting the exercise of the power of the judge in criminal proceedings,and also cause the alienation of the judge＇s authority in the exercise process. If this kind of alienation is not controlled,it will cause the damage to the judicial system,the judges also produced alienation. In order to ensure the neutrality of the heart of justice in the case,the realization of justice of the case,it is necessary to make the bank authority alienation reason judge judicial analysis and put forward suggestions to maintain the judicial authority.
