摘　　要： 润滑剂对PVC的加工性能、表面性能和力学性能等都有较大的影响，但是其用量受PVC混合料中其他成分的影响很大。合理选择内外润滑剂的种类和用量，可以控制PVC混合料的塑化时间和塑化转矩，从而影响加工性能和制品性能。本文首先简单介绍PVC中常用润滑剂的种类，然后对不同种类润滑剂在PVC中单独使用以及并用的研究和作用机理进行综述。 Lubricants have a significant impact on the process, surface and mechanical properties of PVC, but the amount of lubricants used is heavily affected by other ingredients of PVC mixture. The type and amount of lubricants may control the plasticizing time and torque of the PVC mixture, thus influencing the process performance and properties of the product. This paper introduces the types of lubricants commonly used in PVC, and then reviews the research and mechanism of various lubricants when they are used alone or in combination with others in PVC.
