摘　　要： 针对我国对卫星移动通信系统的需要，介绍了一种卫星移动通信终端协议栈NAS层模块的设计。本文首先介绍了卫星移动通信系统空中接口协议的层次结构，然后通过介绍卫星移动通信终端软件架构来引出协议栈NAS层模块在整个协议栈中的位置和角色，最后对NAS层模块的设计原理和原则进行阐述。本设计适应我国当前卫星移动通信系统的需要，对后续我国自主研发卫星移动通信系统的终端协议栈具有一定的借鉴意义。 Aiming at the domestic demand on satellite mobile communication system, this paper in- troduces a design of NAS layer module of terminal protocol stack in satellite mobile com- munication. Firstly, it introduces the hierarchical structure of air interface protocol in sat- ellite mobile communication system. Then, it explains the position and the role of NAS layer module of protocol stack in the entire protocol stack. Finally, the paper describes the design principle of NAS layer module. It shows that the design can meet the requirements of current satellite mobile communication system in China, and it is also significant to the future independent development of terminal protocol stack in satellite mobile communication system.
