摘　　要： 从后勤装备维修保障领域的角度出发,分析了"基于能力"在该领域的研究现状和研究意义,考虑了影响维修保障能力的重要因素,并通过对能力体系各子能力的分解,建立了完整的维修保障能力参数体系,通过计算各子能力相对于维修保障能力的权重,将对维修保障能力的评价转化为具体效能的评价,有助于根据维修保障能力体系进行相关的建模及仿真。 This paper analyzes the ＂based on capacity＂ in the field of research and research meaning from the field of logistics equipment maintenance and security field. Taking into account the impact of maintenance support capacity of the important factors, we establish the maintenance support capability parameter system. Through the capacity of each sub-capacity of the further decomposition of the establishment of a complete parameter system, it can calculate the sub-sub-capacity relative to the weight of maintenance support, and it transfer the evaluation of the maintenance support capacity into a specific performance evaluation. But it also helps to carry out the relevant modeling and simulation according to the maintenance support svstem.
