摘　　要： 依据军事谋略学及网络空间作战的特点规律,建立了网络空间作战谋略运用能力评估指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法确立指标权重,构建了评估模型。通过评估,为有效提高指挥员网络空间作战谋略运用能力提供有益参考。 According to the characteristics of military strategy and cyberspace operations, we will establish an evaluation index system for the use of cyberspace operational strategy. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the index weight and build evaluation model. It is helpful to effectively improve the operational strategy of the commander in cyberspace by evaluating.
