浅埋煤层群同采工作面合理走向错距研究

摘  要: 为确保浅埋煤层群高强度安全开采,针对现场生产过程中上、下煤层同时开采存在的安全和技术问题,采用UDEC数值模拟计算和理论分析相结合的研究方法,得出了上、下煤层同采工作面不同走向错距时下煤层工作面围岩应力分布规律和地表下沉规律。分析了上、下煤层工作面相互影响范围和影响程度,建立了上、下煤层同采工作面稳压式和减压式布置模型。综合考虑现场开采经验,给出了2种布置方式的计算公式。研究结果表明:上、下煤层同时开采时,下煤层工作面围岩应力受上煤层开采影响较大,上、下煤层工作面走向错距采用稳压式布置能够实现安全开采。 In order to ensure high intensity and safety mining of shallow seams,aimed at the safety and technical problems in the upper and lower coal seam simutaneous mining at production site,research method of combining UDEC numerical simulation and theoretical analysis were used to study the shallow seams of typical occurrence condition.The results obtained that the surrounding rock stress distribution regularity of lower seam face and the law of surface subsidence in different staggered distance along strike. The influence extent and influence degree of upper and lower coal seam working face were analyzed. Stable pressure and reduced pressure models in imultaneous mining faces of upper and lower were established. Considering the practical experience of mining,the paper gave the calculation formula of two kinds of arrangement. The results showed that the stress of surrounding rock in the lower coal seam face was greatly affected by the upper coal seam mining when the upper and lower coal seams was simultaneously mined,and the safe mining could be achieved by using the stable pressure arrangement.
