摘 要: 研究了不同时效时间对Mg-3Sn-1Cu合金显微组织、热导率及其硬度的影响。结果表明,时效处理后Mg-3Sn-1Cu合金晶粒以等轴晶形式存在,在晶界和晶粒内部弥散析出Mg2Sn相和Mg2Cu相,合金的热导率随时效时间的增长逐渐增加,合金的布氏硬度随时效时间增加呈先升高后下降的趋势。 This paper studies the effect of different ageing time on microstructure,thermal conductivity and its hardness of Mg-3Sn-1Cu alloy. The results show that the microstructure of Mg-3Sn-1Cu alloy after ageing treatment is composed of equiaxed grains,Mg2 Sn phase and Mg2 Cu phase are separated out at grain boundaries and the inside of the grains,the thermal conductivity of alloy increases with the ageing time,the Brinell hardness of the alloy was increased at first and then decreased with ageing time.
