摘　　要： 类风湿关节炎(RA)的发病机制目前仍不清楚,其发病涉及复杂的免疫机制,多种免疫细胞、细胞因子。近年来研究发现白介素-17(IL-17)在RA患者中异常升高,与RA的滑膜炎症、软骨和骨的破坏有关。本文对近年来IL-17在RA发病机制中的作用进行综述。 The pathogenesis of Rheumatoid Arthritis （RA） is still uncertain for the pathogenesis of RA involves complex immune mechanisms, a variety of immune cells and cytokines. In recent years, studies have showed that interleukin-17 （IL-17） elevated abnormally in RA patients, which is related to RA synovial in- flammation, cartilage and bone destruction. This review summarizes the function of IL-17 in the pathogenesis of RA in recent years.
