摘 要: 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定如意金黄散中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,色谱柱为Agilent C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为25℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(45∶55)(每100m L加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g),流速为1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为265nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.0540~1.0800μg(R=0.9999),平均回收率为100.52%(N=3),四批样品含量测定结果均值为:本品每1g含盐酸小檗碱为0.71mg。结论:本方法专属性强,重现性佳,且稳定,可靠。 Objective:To establish the method of determinating the content of berberine hydrochloride in Ruyijinhuang Powders by HPLC. Methods: HPLC methods was used and Berberine hydroehloride was selected as reference substance. The Agilent C18 column (150mm×4. 6mm, 5μm) was used.
