摘　　要： 予中医活血化瘀经典方剂血府逐瘀汤干预外伤性视神经损伤(Traumatic optic neuropathy,TON)大鼠模型,观测不同时间节点脑外侧膝状体HSP-70(Heat shock protein)的表达变化,探讨该方治疗TON的作用机制,并结合中西医理论阐释血府逐瘀汤对视神经损伤的保护和治疗作用。 To observe the mechanism of treating traumatic optic nerve injury in rats with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, and to the changes of HSP 70 （heat, shock, protein） expression in the lateral geniculate body of the brain at different time points. So as to discuss its mechanism in treating TON with the decoction, and explain its function of protecting and treating traumatic optic nerve injury combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
