摘　　要： 城市排水工程管理系统的建设则是一项工程巨大的细致工程。城市排水管理系统的设计是否科学要求联立市政部门对于排水工程开展全面的事前调研、工程规划以及工程设计等工作。本文基于给排水运营管理的数字化要求下,开展了给排水管理系统的整体框架的设计与构建,致力于组成三大平台包括排水行业管理、数字化给水以及数字化排水等平台,除外本文还对于给排水工程系统的建设的GIS以及管网关键技术模拟等逐一进行介绍。排水工程管理模式的建立,下步有助于打成排水工程的行业监督以及生产调配以及工程资金管理以及现场监测以及网管GIS等业务形成一体的数字化管理办法。 The construction of urban drainage engineering management system is a huge and meticulous project. Whether the design of urban drainage management system is scientific requires simultaneous municipal departments to carry out comprehensive ex ante investigations, engineering planning and engineering design for drainage works. This paper is based on the digital drainage to the operation management requirements, carry out to the design and construction of the overall framework of the drainage management system, is committed to the composition of the three platforms including drainage management, water supply and drainage and other digital digital platform,this paper also except for the construction of water supply and drainage engineering system and key technology of GIS network simulation one by one introduction. The establishment of management mode of drainage engineering, digital management approach will help lay a integrated drainage engineering industry supervision and production allocation and project funds management and on-site monitoring and management of GIS business the next step.
