微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法测定香菜中的金属元素

摘  要: 采用微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定香菜叶及其茎中Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn,Fe 5种金属元素的含量。结果表明:香菜样品中5种金属元素标准曲线良好,其相关系数r>0.9969,空白试样的检出限<0.2mg/L;香菜叶中各金属元素回收率在94.37%~98.09%之间,相对标准偏差RSD<2.5%;而香菜茎中各金属元素回收率>96.8%,相对标准偏差RSD<2.5%。该实验仪器简便快速、检出限低、准确可靠、分析速度快,可用于对香菜样品中各元素含量进行测定。 The content of five metal elements such as Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe in the leaves and stems of coriander is detected by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the standard curve is good with the correlation coefficient r〉0. 9969; the detection limit of the method is less than 0.2 mg/L; the recovery rate is 94.37 -98.09 % in the leaves of coriander, the relative standard deviation RSD〈2.5% and the recovery rate is greater than 96.8% in the stems of coriander, the relative standard deviation RSD〈2.5%. The experimental instruments are simple and rapid, the detection limit is low, the method is accurate and reliable, and the analysis speed is fast. The experimental method can be used to detect the content of each element in coriander sample.
