摘　　要： 近年来,我国P2P网络借贷的行业规模与交易市场规模实现了突破式增长,但由于行业监管尚未成熟,导致行业内问题层出不穷,风险频发。为了解决P2P平台的发展问题,本文首先梳理了我国P2P平台的发展现状。其次,分别从借款人、贷款人以及平台自身三个角度分析P2P行业存在的风险,并进一步指出了影响我国P2P行业健康发展的主要问题。最后结合微观与宏观两个角度提出适用于我国P2P行业发展的对策与建议,并提出建立层级监管架构,进而为我国P2P平台的健康发展打下良好基础。 With the rapid development of P2P platforms in recent years,the number of traders has been increased significantly. However,P2P platforms also have resulted in many drawbacks due to the deficiency of P2P industry supervision system. In this paper,development status of P2P platforms in China was reviewed firstly. Then industry risks were analyzed from three perspectives including borrowers,lenders and P2P platforms. Furthermore,the major problems that affect the healthy development of P2P industry were also pointed out in this paper. Finally,several countermeasures and suggestions were raised from both macro and micro angles. Lever Supervision framework was set up particularly for the purpose of laying a good foundation for the healthy development of P2P industry in China.
