摘　　要： 近年来,随着互联网技术的高速发展,特别是移动互联网时代的到来,共享经济得到了前所未有的发展并受到社会各方的广泛关注,逐步形成一种新型经济形态。在这一背景下,华南理工大学工商管理学院举办了"互联网+共享经济"下的运作管理国际学术论坛,深入探讨了该领域的最新国际前沿研究。论坛报告内容包括"互联网环境下数据驱动的运作管理""共享企业的供给与需求匹配问题""共享经济下服务管理和风险控制"等三个方面。本文首先总结了论坛报告的重要研究成果,在此基础上结合国内外共享经济服务模式面临的可能问题,提出了三点未来可能的研究方向,为共享经济的后续研究提供一定的思路。 With the rapid development of Internet technology,especially the upcoming mobile Internet era in recent years,sharing economy has witnessed the development which we never had and has attracted close attention from different sectors in all walks of life. Under such circumstances,the School of Business Administration, South China University of Technology hosted the international forum of Operation Management in time of ＂Internet ＋ Sharing Economy ＂,in which the latest internationally frontier exploration in this field was discussed. The contents of the report concerning the forum includes the following three areas： ＂data-driven operation management in the environment of Internet ＂,＂matching problems related to supply and demand between sharing-econnomy enterprises＂,＂service management and risk control under sharing economy＂. In this paper,we first summarized the important research achievements talked about in the forum and the problems faced by the sharing economy companies. Then,we established three possible future research directions to guide the further study of sharing economy.
