摘　　要： 高校是我国高素质人才的主要聚集地,中国共产党和各民主党派都将其作为发展党员和完善自身建设的重要阵地。高校教师党建与民主党派建设可取长补短,探讨二者相互学习、相互促进的方法机制。 Colleges and universities are a rallying point in our country where highly intelligent people gather the Communist Party of China and other democratic parties are regarding colleges and universities as important places to recruit new members and perfect their constructions. Based on the comparison between the construction of the CPC and the construction of other democratic parties,this paper proposes that the construction of the CPC among the teachers in colleges and universities can draw on the strong points of other democratic parties to make up for its own weak points,and that it is necessary for both sides to learn from each other and promote each other.
