摘　　要： 近年来“归国潮”后浪追前浪,这些经历过国外教育洗礼、有着国际化视野的中国年轻人,正逐渐蜕变为影响中国发展的新生力量。“行业精英”、“高新群体”、“地球村青年”,在被贴上金色标签的同时,现实却分外骨感：就业难、薪酬与期待落差大、回国逆适应等问题,都是无从回避的挑战。在国家层面,从中央到地方的“高层次人才计划”不断涌现,落户、创业等优惠政策持续利好。即使如此,中国留学生学成归国的成才路并不好走。仅是这第一站——国外学历学位认证,走不好便会让日后在国内的发展困难重重。 The returning graduate students are special group. As the core of returning students, their work status is affecting the large group of students studying abroad. So the live status and employment quality of returning graduate students are drawed not only by domestic population’s attention extensively, but also the overseas population’s. The government has introduced a series of policies attracting returning students. This will help returning students to settle into large city and start a business.
