摘　　要： 高校档案人才队伍已经不能适应信息化时代的要求。目前,急需优化高校档案人才队伍建设,使高校档案工作在教学科研和社会生活中发挥应有的作用。 As the social communication gradually develops, traditional methods of managing university archival talent team can no longer meet the needs of the current information era. It is therefore highly necessary to optimize the management of university archival talent team so that university archives can play a more positive role in university teaching, researching and society.
