摘　　要： 加拿大率先开展了图书、档案一体化的服务,《加拿大图书档案馆法》就是档案法和图书馆法合并的产物,它的形成促进了加拿大社会、文化、经济的发展。我国对于档案法的修改一直在进行,对两国的法案进行比较发现共性和差异性,为我国档案法的修改提供一些参考和启示。 Canada takes the lead in the integration of libraries and archives, and the Canadian Library and Archives Act is the product of the combination of archival law and library law, which promotes the development of Canadian society, culture and economy. The revision of archival law has been carried out in our country, and the comparison of the two countries＇ laws can find their similarities and differences to provide some references and inspirations for the revision of our archival law.
