摘　　要： 面对明中叶以来危机四伏的社会状况,张居正在万历年间进行了改革,并缔造了历史上的"万历中兴",一度使垂危的明王朝呈现出中兴的气象,然而随着张居正的去世却人亡政息。对张居正改革的探析,有助于认清张居正改革对当时吏治、财税、国防、驿站等方面起到的积极作用,以及压制言论和教育改革方面的一些措施对晚明历史产生的消极影响。通过对张居正改革成功经验与失败原因的探究,以史为鉴,以期为当下我国的改革提供有益的历史经验和启示。 In the face of the social situation threatened by growing crises since the middle ot Mmg Dynasty, Zhang Juzheng reformed in Wanli, and created the history of ＂ Wanli resurgence＂, once the dying Ming Dynasty presents ZTE weather, however, with the death of Zhang Juzheng, but people are not only dead and the policy abol- ished. Through the analysis of zhang juzheng~ reform, Helps to recognize the positive role of the Zhang Juzheng re- form official, taxation, national defense, post, and some reform measures to suppress the negative effects of speech and education of the late Ming dynasty. Through the successful experience and failure reasons of Zhang Juzhengg re- form, we should take history as a mirror, hoping to provide useful historical experience and inspiration for the reform of our country at the moment.
