摘 要: 全身振动是一种提高骨量的新型训练方法,国内外的研究多涉及绝经后女性.25~35岁既是女性骨量峰值的形成时期,又是进入会发生骨量丢失的妊娠和哺乳期的主要阶段.通过对60名25~35岁健康职业女性的随机对照干预实验,结果显示,全身振动训练能提高年轻女性的骨密度,对Ward’s三角区的提高更为显著,高频效果优于低频.20周以上的高频全身振动训练可作为年轻女性提高峰值骨量,预防骨质疏松症的一种干预手段,对无暇运动的职业女性是一种可行的健身方式. Whole body vibration, a newly recognized way of training for increasing bone mass, is mainly involved in postmenopausal women in the research at home and abroad. However, the age of 25- 35 is not only the peak period for female bone mass, but the main stage of pregnancy and lactation when the loss of bone mass occurs, so this study randomly selects 60 healthy professional women aged 25-35 as research subject to take intervention experiment. The results show that whole body vibration training can improve the bone mineral density of young women, especially in the Ward's triangle. Besides, high frequency had more significant effect than the low frequency vibration training. More than 20 weeks of high frequency whole body vibration training can be used as an intervention means to improve the peak bone mass, and as a prevention of osteoporosis for women aged 25-35. In a sentence, it is a viable fitness way for professional women who have no time to exercise.
