摘 要: 对山东莒县城北生活垃圾无害化处理场工程设计进行了详细介绍。本工程采用厚度为300 mm、粒径为50~100 mm的碎石作为主要的渗滤液导流层材料;并使用800 g/m^2短纤无纺土工布+2.0 mm光面HDPE土工膜+4 800 g/m^2GCL用于水平防渗,600 g/m^2长丝无纺土工布+2.0 mm光面HDPE土工膜+4 800 g/m^2GCL用于边坡防渗;渗滤液处理采用了十分成熟的MBR系统/纳滤/反渗透组合工艺,保证了高效的处理效果,最终出水水质达到了《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的要求。 Project design of Chengbei municipal solid waste treatment in the non-hazardous disposal plant in Ju County was introduced in detail. The gravel layer with thickness of 300 mm and the particle size of 50- 100 mm was adopted as the main leachate acquisition distribution layer in this project; the horizontal impervious layer was composed by 800 g/m^2 spun nonwoven geotextile + 2.0 mm HDPE smooth geomembrane + 4 800 g/m^2 GCL; the slope impervious layer was composed by 600 g/m^2 filament nonwoven geotextile + 2.0 mm HDPE smooth geomembrane +4800 g/m^2 GCL; the mature leachate treatment technology, e.g. the combination process of MBR/nanofiltration/reverse osmosis was used in this project to ensure the effective treatment performance. The final effluent quality reached the requirements of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste( GB 16889 -2008 ).
