低功率微波对中性氧化电位水消毒口腔印模效果的影响

摘  要: 目的研究低功率微波对中性氧化电位水消毒口腔印模材料效果的影响,为探求口腔印模有效的消毒方法提供实验参考。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对微波与中性氧化电位水联合作用消毒口腔印模材料的效果进行观察。结果以140 W低功率微波联合中性氧化电位水对大肠杆菌作用2 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用3 min,杀灭对数值均>3.00;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用5 min,杀灭对数值>3.00。中性氧化电位水单独浸泡3 min,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>3.00,但对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值则<3.00。单独低功率微波照射作用3 min,对上述3种细菌杀灭对数值均<3.00。结论低功率微波对中性氧化电位水杀灭不同微生物均有显著增效作用,可用于口腔印模消毒。 Objective To study the influence of germicidal efficacy of low-power microwave irradiation to neutral electrolyzed oxidizing water in disinfecting contaminated alginates dental impression materials,and to provide experimental basis for the effective disinfection methods. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was conducted to observe the effect of microwave combined with neutral electrolyzed oxidizing water on oral impression materials. Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli exposed to the 140 w microwave combined with neutral electrolyzed oxidizing water for 2 min and Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans for 3 min,Bacillus subtilis spore for 5 min were all above 3. 00. The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli was above 3. 00,but the values were below 3. 00 of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to neutral electrolyzed oxidizing water. The values of the three bacteria were all below 3. 00 exposed to low-power microwave irradiation for 3min. Conclusion Low-power microwave has remarkable synergistic effect on killing different microorganisms to neutral electrolyzed oxidizing water,and can be used for dental impression disinfection.
