摘 要: 目的研究戊二醛-癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂对伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)的灭活作用。方法采用悬液定量方法和细胞培养法,观察戊二醛-癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂对伪狂犬病病毒灭活效果。结果体外细胞消毒剂试验,中和产物对细胞生长繁殖无显著影响的消毒剂浓度为125 mg/L;消毒剂浓度为125 mg/L时,PRV(TCID50=10-8.1/0.1 ml)杀灭条件为室温30 min。结论戊二醛-癸甲溴铵复合消毒剂对伪狂犬病病毒有很好的灭杀作用,选择有效的杀菌、杀毒剂量、作用时间是保证消毒效果的关键。 Objective To study the killing effect of compound disinfectant of Glutaraldehyde-Capric Methyl Bromide on the pseudorabies virus( PRV). Methods Suspension quantitative anti-virus method and cell culture method were used to observe the inactivity effect of Pseudorabies virus by compound disinfectant of Glutaraldehyde-Capric Methyl Bromide. Results When the disinfectant content was 125 mg/L,the disinfectant had no significant effect on the growth and reproduction of the cells tested in vitro. If the concentration of disinfectant was 125 mg/L,the killing condition of PRV( TCID50=10^-8.1/0. 1 m L) was 30 min at room temperature. Conclusion The compound disinfectant of Glutaraldehyde-Capric Methyl Bromide shows a good killing effect on pseudorabies virus,the key to ensure the disinfection effect is to select effective disinfection dose and time.
