摘 要: 澳大利亚资格框架是一个全纳性的资格体系,职业教育与培训领域的资格类型及标准是其三大主要构成部分之一,该领域的八种资格类型依据资格自身的标准差异和职业教育的体系构成可以划分为四个阶段:职业教育准备、基础、提高及专业阶段。澳大利亚资格框架中职业教育与培训领域各阶段资格标准体现出来的对学习结果的规范化表述、资格等级的阶梯式划分、部门资格之间的等值和融通、基础技能的贯通始终、能力要求的职业指向性以及个体性与社会性的综合考虑等特征对我国技术技能人才资格标准的制定具有重要借鉴意义。 Australian qualification framework is an inclusive qualification system, the qualification types and criteria in the field of vocational education and training are among the three major components of it. There are eight qualification types in the field of vocational education and training. According to the vocational education system and the different qualifications criteria, they can be divided into four main stages: vocational education preparation, foundation, improvement and professional stage. These qualification criteria in each stage reflect many characteristics: the standardized expression of the learning results, hierarchical classification of qualification levels, equivalence and accommodation between departmental qualifications, consistent and thorough basic skills, career orientation of competency requirements, comprehensive consideration of individuality and society. These characteristics have important implications on developing qualification criteria for technical talents in China.
