摘　　要： 职业教育混合所有制改革的实质是发挥市场在职业教育领域中资源配置的决定性作用。其具体目标主要包括:一是优化职业教育服务供给侧所有制结构,营造公平公正的市场竞争环境,实现不同所有制性质职业院校的充分有序竞争;二是建立健全职业教育领域资本要素市场,加快建立健全职业院校法人治理结构,实现对职业院校管理层的有效治理。其实现路径主要涉及两个方面:一是建立健全现代职业教育领域中的市场机制;二是更好发挥政府在现代职业教育发展中的作用。 The essence of the mixed ownership reform is to play a decisive role in the allocation of resources in the field of vocational education. The goal of mixed ownership reform is to optimize the ownership structure of supply side and to create a fair competitive market environment in order to achieve full competition in different ownership vocational schools. The other goal of mixed ownership reform is to establish and improve the capital market and to accelerate the establishment of a sound corporate governance structure of colleges in order to achieve effective governance of management layer. The path of mixed ownership reform mainly involves two aspects： one is to establish a sound market mechanism in the field of modern vocational education; the other is to play the better role of government in the development of modern vocational education.
