摘　　要： 随着重症医学科(ICU)在全国范围内的普及,危重患者的病死率有了明显的降低。但是,由于大量的监护仪器和新型医疗设备在临床当中的应用,病房内会出现仪器频繁报警的现象,就容易产生报警疲劳,这不仅影响医护人员的身心健康,而且严重威胁患者的生命安全。本文综述了国内外报警疲劳的概念、ICU报警疲劳产生的原因、危害及其预防策略。 With the prevalence of Intensive Care Unit （ICU） in the whole country, the mortality of critically ill patients has been significantly reduced. However, because of the large number of monitoring equipment and new medical equipment used in the clinical practice, there has a phenomenon of frequent alarm instrument in the ward, which is easy to cause alarm fatigue. This phenomenon can not only affect the medical staffs physical and mental health, but also be a serious threat to the life safety of patients. This paper reviewed the concept of ICU alarm fatigue and its reasons, hazards and prevention strategies.
