紫外-可见分光光度法分析层状双氢氧化物缓蚀剂释放机制

摘  要: 制备了插层缓蚀剂的层状双氢氧化物(LDHs),并通过分光光度法研究了插层层状双氢氧化物的释放机制。X-射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱分析和扫描电镜表明,2-巯基苯并咪唑阴离子成功插层到了LDHs的层间。通过在氯化钠溶液中的释放测试,证明层状双氢氧化物具有快速释放的能力。可见,智能自修复涂层具有切实的可行性,能够使设备的使用寿命得到有效延长,具有一定的开发潜力和应用前景。 In this paper,layered double hydroxides( LDHs) intercalated with corrosion inhibitor were prepared and the release mechanism of LDHs was studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results from Powder X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectrum analyzing and scanning electron microscopy indicated that 2-mercaptobenzimidazole anions were successfully intercalated into the LDHs interlayer. By the release test in sodium chloride solution,it was confirmed that LDHs had the ability of rapid release. It was thus clear that the intelligent self-repairing coating had practical feasibility and can effectively extend the service life of the equipment. It is expected to have good development potential and application prospect.
