摘 要: 孔子与儒家在中国历代不衰,最为误读的是孔子精神与世俗政治的勾连,深究其"活着"的根本原因,不是知识,不是睿智,不是强权,而是爱。"孔子之爱"集中蕴含在《礼记·礼运·大同篇》中,通过对"大道之行"的阐述,以"博爱公心"为内核的"公正"是构建"大同世界"的基础,由此展现儒家思想与当代法学的内在亲和性。儒家的这种爱的精神与要求,灵犀了世界警务革命历史并对当代中国警察规范执法有积极的启示价值。 Confucius and his Confucian have enduring appeal in Chinese history, while the most misreading is Confucius spirit colluded with secular regime. Why it can alive is not knowledge, not sagacity, not power politics, but love. The Love of Confucius is mainly contained in book of Rites, LiYun, DaTong, which expounds the truth of caritas and public spirit in Confucius ideal society. This idea has intrinsic affinity with contemporary Jurisprudence. It reflects the sprit of revolutionary history of modern policing work, and enlightens regulated law-enforcement in modern China.
