摘　　要： 选择性执法在当前中国实践中较为普遍,一般说来它具有适用法律规范的任意性、执法对象不完整性、不确定性等多种特征,需要注意的是,选择性执法对法治进程、平等原则、法制统一和政府公信力都存在着不同程度的危害。防治不正当的选择性执法,我们需要从减少不必要的行政裁量权、制定裁量基准制度、准确使用说理制度等三个方面来进行。 Selective law enforcement is common in current China. Generally speaking,it has many characteristics, such as mandatory, arbitrariness of applicable legal norms, incompleteness of law enforcement object, uncertainty, and so on. It should be noted that selective law enforcement has different degrees of harm to the rule of law, the principle of equality, the unity of the legal system and the credibility of the government..For the prevention improper selective enforcement, reduce unnecessary administrative discretion,the discretion of the benchmark system, accurate use of the reasoning system is a good method.
