摘　　要： 网络空间安全已经升级为国家战略,高安全等级信息系统与网络的防护是其中的重要内容。本文对美国核心信息安全部门关于高安全等级网络与系统的标准、指南、指导性框架以及成熟的企业架构进行了深入研究和分析,探讨对于我国的借鉴价值,提出我国未来高安全等级网络与系统建设和防护的思考与建议。 Cyberspace security has become to a national strategy, and the high-level secure information systems and network protection is an important part of it. In this paper, standards, guidelines and guiding framework about the high-level secure information systems and network and the mature enterprise architecture of the core information security departments in US were researched in depth. The advantage of US is very beneficial and referable for us and some suggestions are given for the further discussion.
