适用于内河船舶的岸电供电系统研究

摘  要: 船舶在靠港期间开启船舶发动机发电,引发港口污染的问题已经引起了广泛的关注。现有的岸电技术主要针对大型海港码头的远洋船舶提供岸边电源,在内河航道上仍然处于一片空白。围绕着无锡新安水上服务区建设的内河船舶岸电系统,详细阐述了设备构成、通信传输方式、电力供应方式等,并分析了系统的经济效益、社会效益,以及应用和推广过程中存在的问题。研究表明:内河岸电供电系统作为社会公益性的服务举措,提供安全洁净的能源,改善内河船户的生活质量,提升内河航道空气质量,对于建设绿色航道有着重要意义。 The problem of port pollution caused by ships which start ship engines to generate electricity during the berth time at port has attracted widespread attention. However,the current shore power technology mainly provides power for the ocean-going ships, which has nothing to do with inland waterway. The equipment composition, transmission mode of communication,power supply mode and some other aspects of shore power system for inland ships which locates at Xin^an river-way service center in Wuxi were elaborated.And the economic and social benefits of the system were analyzed, and the problems in the application and promotion process of the system were also discussed.The research shows that: the shore power system for inland ships, as a social public welfare service initiative,can provide safe and clean energy, improve the quality of boatmen's daily life as well as improve the air quality of inland waterway, which is of great significance for the construction of green waterway.
