浅埋盖板涵病害调查及开裂发生机理研究

摘  要: 随着铁路提速及重载列车的相继运行,列车运行对涵洞的连续冲击造成的涵洞裂缝、沉降变形等病害愈发突出。依托大准运煤专线对其盖板涵的病害进行了调查,并应用FLAC3D数值模拟方法以典型涵洞K47+669为例,对大准铁路沿线盖板涵开裂病害的发生机理进行了研究。调查及研究成果表明:盖板涵的主要病害为涵洞开裂,涵洞在自重应力作用下发生的变形极小,涵洞开裂的主要诱因是在列车通行时施加的均布载荷,且列车允许的最大载荷为102.1 k Pa。研究成果可为大准铁路盖板涵的灾害防治提供理论依据,同时也为国内外类似地质条件下涵洞病害调查及开裂的机理分析提供借鉴和参考。 With the increase of the train speed and the running of heavy-haul trains, the culvert diseases caused by train continuous impact become more prominent,such as cracks and settlement deformation.Taking Da-Zhun railway as the research object, its slab culvert diseases were investigated; and taking K47+ 669 as an typical example, the occurrence mechanism of the crack of slab culvert in Da-Zhun railway was studied by FLAC3D numerical simulation method.Research results show that:the main disease of slab culvert is the crack;the deformation of culvert under the action of self-weight stress is very little, the main inducement of cracks is the running train load and the maximum allowable load of the train is 102.1 kPa.The above research results can provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the slab culvert diseases of Da-Zhun railway;at the same time, the results can provide some guidance and references for the investigation and cracking mechanism analysis of culvert diseases in similar geological conditions at home and abroad.
