摘　　要： 基于UG,对曲面较复杂的旋钮开关塑料模具型腔进行了CAM数控编程设计,拟定了加工方案,完成了数控编程,进行了刀轨模拟验证,并通过后处理生成了加工程序单。 Based on UG, the CAM NC programming on the cavity of the plastic mold with complex curved surfaces for a knob switch is designed, and the processing scheme is worked out, and the numerical control program is complied. The tool path simulation verification is carried out, and the processing program is produced by post-processing.
