摘 要: 设计了一种原地转向的四轮小车底盘。先对小车进行整体布局设计;然后分析了四轮驱动小车底盘的通过性,选择空间桁架为小车底盘的车身结构,选用轮毂电机为底盘车轮;之后,确定了整车的尺寸参数;最后分别对各个子系统进行了设计,并使用Solid Works软件对零部件、整车进行了建模和仿真。 In this paper, the design of a kind of four-wheel trolley chassis is introduced. First of all, the overall layout of the car is designed, and the passability of the four-wheel drive car chassis is analyzed. The space truss structure is chosen as the car body chassis structure, and the wheel hub motor is selected for the chassis wheel. Then, the size and parameters of the vehicle are determined, each subsystem is designed, and the components and whole vehicle are modeled and simulated by using SolidWorks software.
