摘　　要： 通过对部分教师在教学课程、教学考核、教学主体、教学条件、教学管理、教学效果等方面的调研,发现苏州高职院校思政实践课教学存在运行不完善、考核不全面、师资不强大、条件不充分、制度不完备、效果不高效的问题。为有效解决以上问题,提高苏州高职院校思政实践课教学质量,可以从建立科学的考核评价制度、加强师资队伍建设、提高投入、打造稳定且有价值的教学基地、搭建教学工作平台五个方面做起。 Through the investigation of some teachers in teaching curriculum,teaching examination,teaching subject,teaching condition,teaching management,teaching effect and so on,it is found that there are some problems in Suzhou vocational colleges ideological and political practice teaching,such as the operations are not perfect,the examinations are not comprehensive,the teachers are not strong,the conditions are not sufficient,the systems are not complete,the effects are not efficient.In order to solve the above problems effectively,improve the quality of ideological and political practice teaching in Suzhou higher vocational education,we can establish a scientific examination and evaluation system,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the investment,build a stable and valuable teaching base,and set up some teaching platforms.
