摘　　要： 文章通过对中国女性劳动参与率的变化规律进行研究并对比全球其他国家的女性劳动参与率变化发展特征,分析研究后得出:和发达国家一样,未来我国女性劳动参与率将持续不断提高。并结合我国女性就业越来越困难的现状,对原因进行分析,最终得出一系列的解决方案。 This paper have a research on the change rule of Chinese female labor force participation rate, with the comparison of the characteristic of other countries＇ female labor force participation rate development in order to have a conclusion that the future trend of Chinese female labor force participation will on the rise as those developed countries, while in fact, the contemporary market reforms has led to a more and more serious situation of female employment. To this fact will the paper have a approach of causes and a series of solutions.
