摘　　要： 连词"以及"产生于先秦,其语法化的源结构是"以(介)+及(动)",其过程是介词"以"经过了"介→连"这一语法化过程,动词"及"经过了"动→连"这一语法化过程,当动词"及"变成连词时,"以(连)+及(连)"结构的主要意义和功能由"及"承担,"以"和"及"就组成了同义复合连词。其演化过程为:"以(介)+及(动)"→"以(连)+及(动)"→"以(连)+及(连)"。语法化机制是逻辑宾语的减弱至消失,双音节化,结构成分的变化以及单用连词"及"的助推作用。 The conjunction ＂Yiji＂ produced in the Qin Dynasty,the syntax of the source structure is ＂Yi（以）（preposition） ＋ Ji（及）（verb） ＂,the process is that the preposition ＂Yi（以） ＂is through the grammar processof ＂preposition → conjunction＂,and verb ＂Ji（及） ＂ is through the grammar processof ＂verb → conjunction＂,when the verb ＂Ji（及） ＂ turned into conjunction,the main significance and functionof the structure ＂Yi（以）（preposition） ＋ Ji（及）（conjunction） ＂is beard by ＂Ji（及） ＂,＂Yiji＂is become the formation of a composite synonymous conjunctions. Its evolution is： ＂Yi（以）（preposition） ＋ Ji（及）（verb） ＂ → ＂Yi（以）（conjunction） ＋ Ji（及）（verb） ＂→ ＂Yi（以）（conjunction） ＋ Ji（及）（conjunction） ＂. The syntax of the mechanism is： a logical object is reduced even disappeared,two-syllable,changes of structural components,the boosting of single use conjunctions ＂Ji（及） ＂.
