摘　　要： 中国当代行政伦理是马克思主义的责任伦理,使命、责任和担当三者构成了其紧密的内核,既体现了对传统伦理的继承,又体现了马克思主义哲学的新向度。使命是行政伦理的前提,它是主体所特有的冲动性历史承担感,是一种布洛赫哲学意义上的"希望",但它具有革命性的同时也具有潜在的破坏性,必须以理性的责任进行调和;责任是行政伦理的核心,它是一种现实、理性的承担,突出的是事物发展的实际过程及其结果,是希望哲学"经过但遗忘"的领地,具有潜在的"冷漠性",必须以主体的激情来调动;担当是责任的肯定性承担,是中国当代行政伦理的现实展开,也是希望哲学缥缈性的终结。中国当代行政伦理扬弃并超越了希望哲学。 China＇s contemporary administrative ethics is the responsibility ethics of Marx doctrine,which consists of three parts： the sense of mission,responsibility and the accountability. It not only inherits the traditional ethical spirit,but also reflects the new dimension of Marx＇s philosophy. The mission is the premise of administrative ethics,it is a future direction of the impulse,is a kind of hope philosophy of Ernst Bloch. At the same time,it also has the potential of damage,which must be reconciled with logos; Responsibility is the core of administrative ethics. It is a realistic commitment,highlighting the process and results of the development of things. It is the area of oblivion of hope philosophy,and must be mobilized by the impulse of the subject. The accountability is the affirmation of the responsibility. It is the hope philosophy＇ s practical application and the end of fuzziness. China＇s contemporary administrative learns from the Hope Theological and then moves beyond it.
