摘　　要： 形象对明星而言尤为重要,在日常生活中,明星易遭遇危机事件,如何回应与维护形象则是明星的一项重要工作。本文从郭德纲与曹云金师徒"互撕"事件入手,使用"回应沟通理论"与"形象修复理论"检视二人在危机事件中使用的回应策略与形象修复手法,研究发现,郭曹二人倾向使用否认策略修复形象,但两人在策略使用中都存在问题。最后文章指出,羞愧认错策略才是形象修复的最佳手段。 Image is especially important for popular stars. In daily life, how stars respond and maintenance crisis events when they face it is an important task of the star image. Using ＂response to the communication theory＂ and ＂the theory of image restoration＂ to examine crisis respontse strategy and image restoration technique in Guo Degang and Cao Yunjin event, we found that Guo and Cao tend to use ＂deny strategy＂ to repair the image, but there are problems in strategy use. The article points out that the shame and mistake-admitting strategy is the best way to repair the image.
