摘 要: 研究在一定作用力下试件的动态特性时需要对非对称液压缸力控制系统进行研究。以液压缸输出力为加载控制对象,考虑到立式液压缸的活塞重量对系统的影响,分别从非对称液压缸正、反行程两方面对其进行了研究。在讨论了伺服阀的负载压力—流量特性、油缸负载流量方程和油缸的力方程三方面的基础上,建立了液压缸输出力和伺服阀阀芯位移之间的状态方程。 When we study the dynamic characteristics of a specimen at a certain force, we need to investigate asymmetric hydraulic cylinder output force control system. In this paper, taking the output force of a hydraulic cylinder as control object, and taking into account the impact of vertical hydraulic cylinder piston weight on the system, we investigate the relationship between loading pressure and flow characteristics of the servo valve, and the loading pressure and flow equations of the cylinder, and the force equation of the cylinder. On this basis, we establish the state equations of the hydraulic cylinder output force, and the relation of the hydraulic cylinder output force and servo valve spool displacement.
