摘　　要： 为了对比分析泪囊鼻腔吻合联合与不联合置管术治疗泪道阻塞的临床效果.搜集泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合置管术对比单纯泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗泪道阻塞疾病的随机对照试验的英文及中文文献,并检索相关灰色文献及数据库.由两位系统评价专家做独立文献筛查、质量评价和资料提取,并交叉核对,有不同意见时经过讨论或请第三者裁决.使用统计软件Rev Man 5.3完成Meta分析.最终纳入10篇文献,包括受试者887例,比较治愈率和手术并发症,泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术组的治愈率高于未置管组,差别有统计学意义,尤其是经皮肤泪囊鼻腔吻合联合置管术,疗效更好. To compare and analyse the efficacy of dacryocystorhinostomy（DCR）with or without stent intubation for the treatment of primary nasolacrimal duct obstruction.The English and Chinese literature of randomized controlled trials（RCTs）about comparison of dacryocystorhinostomy with and without stent intubation for treating primary nasolacrimal duct obstruction are selected.The related grey literature and database are explored.Two reviewers independently screen the studies for eligibility,evaluate the quality and extract the data from the eligible studies with confirmation by cross-checking.Divergences of opinion are resolved by discussion or consensus involving a third reviewer.Meta-analyses are performed by Rev Man 5.3.Ten RCTs involving 887 cases meet the inclusion criteria.The success rate of DCR with stent intubation is significantly better than that of DCR without stent intubation,especially in the external DCR subgroup.
