摘　　要： 现代信用和信用制度是资本逻辑下信用关系资本化的结果。具有主体性结构的资本将信用当作工具和手段,并使其从属于资本逻辑扩张的需要和目的。信用关系的异化深刻影响现代社会的社会关系、制度规范和思想观念。信用危机和金融危机是资本逻辑固有矛盾的必然结果,最大限度地威胁资本主义生产方式的存续。 modern credit and credit system are the resuh of c.apitalized credit relations under capital logic. Capital with a sub- jectivity structure takes credit as a tool and means, and it is subonlinate to the need and purpose of capital logic expansion. The alienation of credit relations profoundly influences the social relations, system norms and ideas of modern society. The credit crisis and financial crisis are tile inevitable result of inherent contradiction of capital logic, and threaten the existence of capitalist mode of production more.
