摘　　要： 大承气汤在《金匮要略》中用于治疗热盛动风之痉病、里实积胀并重之腹满病、宿食积滞于中焦之宿食病、实热积滞于肠之下利病和瘀血内结兼化热之腹痛病。通过对有关条文进行系统的分析归纳,笔者认为其所治疗病证虽皆属于实,但病邪有热、实、瘀之不同,症见或痞、或满、或躁、或实、或坚、或热、或痛……故大胆提出"有大承气汤证,但见一证便是,不必悉具"之论断;此外,其用药亦非一成不变,临床使用时应根据病情需要进行适当调整,如需清上焦血分热毒时大黄应酒制,如需取其泻下作用时大黄应生用,如有瘀血内结枳实应炒黑,使其能入血分等。 Da Cheng Qi Decoction is for treating excessive heat dynamic wind convulsion,solid volume expansion of both the abdomen full disease,persistent dyspepsia in middle Jiao places the eating disorder,excess heat stagnation in the intestinal disease and blood stasis stagnation and the heat of the abdominal pain disease in the Syrepis of the Golden Chamber. Through carries on the system analysis of the induction of the relevant provisions,the author thinks that the treatment of disease and syndrome although all belong to the excess syndrome,but pathogens have the different of heat andexcess,blood stasis; So we put forward the ＂ Da Cheng Qi Decoction syndrome can be used only for a single symptoms thesis. In addition. Clinical use should be appropriate adjustments according to the condition,such as the need to clear the upper energizer blood heats rhubarb should be wined,if you need to take the purgative effect of rhubarb should be used without processing,such as accumulation of blood stasis,Fructus aurantii Immaturus should be fried black,so that it can divide into blood,etc.
