摘 要: 为筛选出具有显著效果的治疗鸡大肠杆菌病的中药复方,本试验拟定了5个中药复方,通过进行体外体内抑菌试验来评价其抗菌效果。体外抑菌试验主要通过牛津杯法测定单味药及不同中药复方的抑菌圈大小来评价大肠杆菌对药物的敏感度,体内试验主要利用对人工建立的病鸡模型的治疗效果对5个中药复方进行筛选。结果显示,浓度为1.0 g/m L的提取液抗菌效果较0.5 g/m L的提取液抗菌效果好,当提取液浓度为1.0 g/m L时,大肠杆菌对大黄、地锦草高度敏感;对黄芩、十大功劳中度敏感;对中药复方组方I、II、III、IV、V中度敏感。临床试验结果显示,中药复方III组治疗效果较好,治愈率为71.4%,死亡率为14.3%,而模型组治愈率为11.1%,死亡率为66.7%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论提示,中药复方III组对鸡致病性大肠杆菌病有较好的治疗效果。 In order to obtain a better curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound for treating colibacillosis of chick- en. Based on the theory of veterinary medicine, this test developed five Chinese medicine prescriptions and the antibacterial effect would be evaluated in vivo and in vitro. In vitro, the method of Oxford cup was used to measure the diameter of antibacterial circle of the single herb and Chinese herbal compound to evaluate the antimicrobial effect, in vivo, the five traditional Chinese medicine com- pound were screened by chicken colibacillosiscaused by artificial Infection. The Results showed that the antibacterial effect of 1.0 g/ mL was better than 0.5 g/mL, when the concentration of the extract was 1.0 g/mL, Escherichia coli was highly sensitive to Rhubarb and Humifusa Euphorbia, and was mild sensitive to Scutellaria and Chinese Mahonia, and traditional Chinese medicine compound I, II, IIl, IV and V. The clinical test results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine compound group III had better effect to chicken, its cure rate and mortality rate were 71.4% and 14. 3% ,while the model group's cure rate was 11.1% and mortality rate was 66. 7% ,between them the difference was significant(P 〈0. 01 ). It concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine compound group III had a better therapeutic effect on Chicken Colibacillosis.
