摘　　要： 根据Cloud-BIM的工作原理,分析工程施工协同管理实施途径,构建以Cloud-BIM平台为枢纽的工程施工协同管理机制,阐述其协同管理过程。通过分析进度、资源、成本协同管理过程,梳理基于Cloud-BIM的项目调度工作流程及质量、安全管理工作流程。在此基础上,分析基于cloud-BIM的档案管理的可行性及可靠性。 Based on the working principle of Cloud-BIM,the paper analyzes the implementation approaches of the collaborative management,sets up the collaborative construction mechanism based on Cloud-BIM platform,and also expounds the collaborative management process.Through further analysis of collaborative management of time,resource and cost,combs the work flow of project scheduling,quality and safety management based on Cloud-BIM.On this basis,analyzes the feasibility and reliability of file management with cloud-BIM.
