摘　　要： 对比2003版和2013版《建筑安装工程费用项目组成》内容变化,梳理全国31省市建安工程费用组成的实施现状,并从44号文本身和其实施环境角度,分析造成各省市费用组成形式"大异小同"、费用子项"五花八门"的原因,并提出未来修订建筑安装工程费用项目组成的三点建议。 This paper compares the differences of 2003 and 2013 versions of items composition of building and installation project engineering costs,summarizes the implementation status of items composition in 31 provincial regions.Then,from the view of standard No.44 and its application environment,analyzes the causes of items composition forms with big differences and the multifarious items.Finally,proposes some suggestions for revising items composition of building and installation project engineering costs.
